Seasonal Flu Vaccine: Q & A’s from CDC

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that manufacturers are now shipping flu vaccines for the 2011-2012 season. Vaccine distribution will continue through the fall. Influenza activity usually lasts from October to May in the US. The CDC recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get their yearly flu vaccine as soon as the vaccines become available in your community.
